Be Ye Thankful

Be ye thankful if you have a bone to chew
Glad to have a sweater, even if it’s not new
Be thankful you have a blanket to cuddle in
A warm place in Winter your dreams to spin
Be happy if you have a few squeaky toys
and if you get to play with girls and boys
Be ye thankful for plenty of kibble to eat
and four furry boots to wear on your feet
Although you are small with needs so few
be thankful The Good Lord watches over you
When you say your Poodle prayers at night
thank Him for a master who treats you right
Stay happy and sweet, remember your mission
is to bring light and joy to the human condition
Freely give loving greetings and puppy kisses away
and be ye thankful for life, every single day

Hi Dearest Lady, I believe dogs and cats are our creators gifts to us. Even though I cannot have dogs any longer I still love them. Right now my two cats Mother/Son provide all of the companionship I need. I loved this very cute poem, I also Love You, your dogs, and my cats.Have a Happy Thanksgiving dear.
Nothing cuter than these little guys. Believe it or not, studies indicate they are smarter communication wise to humans than primates could ever be. Have a wonderful thanksgiving.

They say that dogs reflect their owners... these are full of attitude and gratitude and lavished with strong spirits and curly-coated, radiant beauty.
