My ole man Sam don't give a damn
long as he's got a six pack a Bud.
Ever Sataday nite we watch the fite
at the sports park in the red mud.
I got a black eye and I'll tell you why,
'cause it weren't Sam who smacked me.
Me and Ma had words, I give her the bird,
so Ma took the broom and whacked me.
You may call me Redneck but what the heck,
I could think a worse things to call you.
Call me anythin worse, take a ride in a hearse
so be careful what you say and do.
I wear the Reb Flag and don't look like no hag,
though I have been called Hoochie Mama.
Sam did slap my behind, which didn't feel fine,
last time I voted for Buruk Ohama.
Now here in the South we say “shut yo mouth”
and things mite git a little wild if you don't.
I beat two hos last week and one as we speak
for sassin me back that they won't.
I aint makin fun of the Sunny South, Hon,
cause Dixie is my mama, my home, Y'all.
If you're ever down here stop by for a beer
jes be sure you only talk with a slow drawl.
