OOOOOOOOOOooooouch.... You really describe this well, Karla. DON'T forget the meds... you need them! But counter-exercise sure does help. Isn't The Cat yoga position good for backs? I physically couldn't walk when carrying my babies after a certain stage in the pregnancy, owing to sacro--illiac pressure. Now it is my upper back and shoulders that lock up, and the pain shifts progressively downwards. Up or down, I feel the effects of this one. Hold onto that last frayed nerve and use it to ping the pain away like an arrow from a bow! :)) Healing love and prayers from Kate xx PS... the picture made me think of a breast cancer patient... sorry, just me... my chest's on back-to-front!
