Since no nation in history has ever developed abortion as a policy without eventually also adapting euthanasia as policy, it can only make you wonder when he will get to us old duffers. Perhaps he already is since some proponents of national health care say the elderly shouldn't be eligible for some services to extend life. It is only a small jump from wanton killing of animals to wanton killing of humans. A man who kills innocent humans already should be a very questionable leadership choice for those who want humane treatment of animals..........Jerry

I think I fault him more for bringing a pure-bred, breeder bred, dog into the White House, and ignoring his promise to rescue a shelter dog. And as you say, people copy his actions. There is already a clamor for more Portugese Water Dogs, while millions of adorable shelter dogs remain homeless.
