The grains of life,
That one by one,
From far and salty seas did strive,
Now are washed away and gone,
Grains of sands build mountains tall,
Stretched far as dessert sands, and more,
From grains of sands so small,
From tides that washed the sea and shore,
Galactic winds, that first of mother’s breath,
Change and equilibrium restore,
Which once was life will now be death,
And not might be as once before,
You, that in these sands of life still play,
May build castles beautiful and tall,
But then, when time eternal has its say,
All kings and castles too will fall,
The precious moment that now is,
May replicate of life and love,
Where life and death each other kiss,
Renew, what’s down now up above,
Breathe with it, and share the moment’s bliss,
Breathe and know that all is one,
One with all of life there is,
One with life’s eternal song, ©12/01/2013
