What Kind Of Poet Am I? (Bobbi's challenge)

A Poet of poetry all are we,
we send messages for all to see,
In each verse and line,
we can send a person through time.

We try to soothe and nourish their souls,
with entertaining and weaving as our goals,
sometimes we rhyme,
sometimes we don't ,
but always we write from our souls.

A poet's verses are of considerable merit,
they tell the world of humaness and fantasy.
Woven stories through their words of magic.
Always leaving their readers wanting more.

A Bard is of a celtic flavor,
singing his verses and weaving his tales,
giving us legendary events to ponder and love.
A bard is a special kind of  lyrical poet!

A versifier, rhymer, and rhymester
all lesser terms than the term poet,
(this is according to Mr. Webster)
A Poetaster is the lowest  term,
that is a verse writer of little merit.

Now that I have stated what Mr. Webster
thinks of different types of poets,
I find myself wondering,
just what kind of poet I think I am!

I would like to think I am a poet, a bard,
a versifier, a rhymer, a rhymester or even
a Poetaster, for each time I write,
I am inspired to write by what is going on
at that moment in time. 

Inspiration comes from all things, and people
and places that I am involved with.
It is sometimes uncontrollable,
irrational, silly, serious, dark, light,
No matter, I will write about anything.

So what kind of a poet am I?

I am a teller of stories, inspirations, and
motivations.
