Is there such a thing as happily ever after?
Many will deny it, followed by pessimistic laughter,
A few will confirm it, sharing a few things that really matter.
Being happy is a state of mind,
Beginning with a heart that is kind.
Joining two peaceful & open hearts for the right reason,
Truly allows love & happiness to flourish season after season.

Great advice. It takes some more than one marriage to find a partner that stays in love for the long run, regardless of what may come. And you're so right about it being a two-way street. One cannot expect the partner to be perfect when one has not looked at how one treats his/her partner.
So true, especially that last line. I always believe in happily ever after. But I know there are some miserable authors here in AD who would call me delusional due to their own life experience, or just them being miserable so they feel the need to put others down.
