I had a strange dream on 5/18/2008 about my earthly father and I...

I asked my father
for his pot of gold
and he said "No!"
Then again
he was not my Father
and it wasn't his gold...

"If he then being evil, know how to give good gifts, how much more your heavenly Father gives to them that call on him--ask and it shall be given unto you" Matthew 7:11

True, true - We must FIRST ask the right MAN! (or for those who see God as Mother... gender doesn't matter... Most people go to the World first, that delivers the unreliable.
Good thoughts and good dreams...Later, michael

I agree with Victoria...and I will add that you have a spirit of gold. True wealth is within us and what we do with that wealth...sharing and giving it away.

Thanks for the poetic faith Bernice, mine wasn't a dream, and I pray for forgiveness, but I accept my assignment as an earth man, we sure do have weakness, a weakness once tapped is that pot of gold, omg, hugs

Hey Bernice -- I was just questioning whether if total submission to God would equal a lonely life with more hardship. Thanks for your sweet poem reminding me of God's gifts. Well Done! Deborah
