I decided to try my hand in Jill's Challenge for "Poetic Home For Rent" Here it is, Enjoy!

There is a house above a hill
with walls made of consonants
its (S)trength is built upon a (R)ock
it can (S)way with the (W)ind but never (F)all
the space between is s(O)ft and t(E)nder
filled with sw(E-E)t sounding vowels that
bl(E-E)d l(O)ve when broken
and cry tears of j(O)y when h(A)ppy
It has been a place of comfort
for quite a few gUests--evicted soon after, for their laziness and inconsiderateness
but for others it has become home
a place where eAgles soar
and every dream ever conceived comes true
It is a resting place for those who are weary
a place of plenty and abUndance
of joy and laughter
the sun had once set within
a very grave mistake he soon learned
so it began to rise from there instead-- a choice that made us both very haP-Py
I have a home for rent
the last of its kind
and amidst the millions of applicants
there is rO-Om for only one:
the one who chO-Oses to rent it for life
for my heart's a keeper for he who believes
that above all
love is by Far the greatest.
