Strong hands
able feet firmly planted to the ground
skin like charcoal
sweet like molasses
her heart of Gold is
home to The King
I tell you she's no ordinary girl!
Roars like a lion to defend her kingdom
pounces on foes who come bringing gifts of woes
yet is she soft and gentle like a cat's meow--
ever so gently and softly she puts the babes to bed
I tell you she's no ordinary girl!
wild at heart, bearer of great dreams
the are no limits, no barriers for
a life without frontiers, a mind that knows no bounds
a mother's daughter, a father's pride
that by itself should make for extraordinary
And she is!
