This story is a combination of all my recurring dreams and dreams, and FICTIONAL stories.

Poem Artwork

I follow this person in the ram head through the gardens. I see beautiful flowers and trees, bridges, and gazebos. We walk across a bridge made of white marble stone. While at the top of the bridge I look down into the ponds, I see groups of large goldfish swimming leisurely, making small waves, gently caressing their bodies. There are also frog-like creatures, merrily jumping over and on top of the water between lotus leaves.

Yonder, across from where we stand there are lotus flowers in the pond where serene water, as smooth as a mirror, is reflecting the beauty of the andscape that is on top. I see streams flowing down from small mountains, where the splendor of the green forest and fruits grow. The mind-soothing flow of the stream is creating melodic sound to my ears.

We arrive at a temple by the end of the bridge, This must be a place for worship. I step inside to find beautiful graffiti on the walls. I am greatly impressed by the life-like paintings. They seem to have lives of their own. I can hear the sound of people breathing. I can’t believe it! I think the paintings are alive!

The first painting shows people in human forms, they all seem very happy! Everyone is smiling. I step forward to take a closer look, and am surprised to find myself inside the painting as well! The place has become cloudy. All I can see far and beyond is endless of pure white clouds.

Over the horizon is a stunning beauty of colourful lights, brightly-lit, and emerging magnificently through the clouds. The ground where I’m standing is as soft as cotton, I feel as though I am floating in the air whenever I walk. For some unknown reason, I am feeling very happy as well. I don’t know how to describe this kind of happiness, I don’t know if I can find any words on earth to express this joyous mindset I’m in.

Everyone here is happily mingling. I hear music being played on harp that is pleasant to my ears. This must be a party, or some sort of celebration in progress. People are dancing, and singing songs. Someone holds my hand, and I am invited to a table where there is plentiful of delicious food and wine.

Some people drive by in their cars made of clouds. They wave at me as if to welcome me, I wave back. I am so happy I can hardly contain myself! I can’t believe it! I think I may be in heaven! It is as though the painting on the wall has suddenly come to life, and it has captured me into its beauty. I am totally mesmerized by everyone and everything in this place, and am “over-the-moon” with a good feeling inside me!

I join the others to sing songs and dance. Another group of people drives by in a cloud car, and this time they are inviting me to go for a ride. I'm so happy, I walk up and step inside the cloud. The seats are shaped like rocking horses, just like the one I had when I was a little girl. I can still remember its brown eyes, just like the ones that I’m seeing on this horse.

I mounted the rocking horse, and suddenly, like magic, I find myself on a merry-go-round in an amusement park! I am a little girl once again, and my daddy is standing outside the merry-go-round waving and smiling at me. He is now a young and handsome daddy!

Now after the merry-go-round, daddy and I play some games. I can’t believe it! We keep winning the prizes! I guess it’s okay for me to jump around for joy, since I’m now just a little girl. I’m feeling so happy! I don’t think I would ever want to leave this place!

I see the glass house at a distance, and I know this is going to be fun. I run over and walk inside the glass house by myself, but for the longest time, I was lost. It seems everywhere I turn it’s the glass I’m facing. I’m feeling dizzy. I can see Daddy outside waving at me. Suddenly, I’m outside of the glass house with Daddy once again!

Daddy asks if I want a piece of pie, and I answer yes. Next thing I know we are in front of a large white monument. It is sitting on top of some clouds. The building is huge, and there are white pillars in the front. In front of the building are some steps made of gold. From this vantage point of little me, I see this white building beautifully sitting in front of a bright blue sky. Daddy holds my hand and leads me up those golden steps.

Once Inside the building, I can see a gigantic pie. It must be at least about 10-15 ft. in diameter. Daddy cut me a huge piece, and I eat it heartily. After I’ve finished the piece of pie, Daddy walks with me throughout this large building. There are many rooms, each is beautifully-decorated with fine carved-wood furniture, some with life-size statues,
and some with beautifully-carved statues in the ceilings.

I am so happy I don’t ever want to leave this place.

“Daddy, can I stay?”

“No, sweetie! It’s not the time yet. You must go back.”

“But why Daddy? Why can’t I stay? I’m so happy being here!”

“You’ll need to go back because everyone is waiting for you. There are still many things you must do in life, and you must be brave.”

“I know Daddy. I know you love me and thank you for the time with me!”

At this moment, I know - I just know this is the end of my visit.

Your dreams are God-gifted. You have a good connection with your dad even after he passed away. This shows that heaven does exist! Your dreams are very interesting and inspiring.

I remember this lovely dream! You've mentioned this in Facebook some time ago about your dad offering you the huge piece pie, and much of the rocking horse scene is true too from your dreams you shared with us in Facebook. You are so generous in sharing yourself with others.

You certainly have vivid dreams and can write about them very well. I am still reminded of What Dreams May Come, but that movie is a little bit more intense and less joyful. I sense a personal endorsement of a place that you picture as, "heaven."
