  • horns blowing
  • people rushing
  • accidents
  • violence
  • body parts
  • whole bodies
  • stray dogs
  • guard dogs
  • crack vials
  • window bars
  • car alarms
  • cries for help
  • pit bulls
  • homelessness
  • don't care
  • couldn't care
  • stray bullets
  • ambulance
  • emergency rooms
  • body bags
  • oh, so many body bags
  • no time
  • on time
  • too late
  •  The world is sick, and is in need of a physician.
