I am so anxious for spring! I'm seeing things.

I Thought I Saw a Robin!
 
I thought I saw a Robin sitting in the tree,
It was so exciting knowing flowers I’d soon see.
The feelings of spring soon invaded my essence,
The smells, the colors, the pure effervescence.
 
I tried to get a better view of this precious little bird.
Tiptoeing not to scare him, I must have looked absurd.
Finally I got close enough to get a better view.
But all I saw was one old crow, before he got up and flew.

Dear Bonnie, did you see a Robin Bird or a Robin Hood on a tree? I am a little confused as I saw myself the Sheriff of Nottingham bugging people with taxes (aren't taxes days around?)
If it was a Robin Bird...hoorray for you, Spring is there! ! !

This is funny! The old crow had the last laugh. Now, if you'd move back to Shamokin, you would be seeing robins for sure because Bill and I saw a flock in a field we passed yesterday. And my tulips are coming up--how exciting is that!!!
