Tracey, In all actuality, thinking something and doing it differentiate them from making them a sin. The practicing of and obsession with sin is a sin but the thinking of it alone is not. The definition of sin is simply the commission of an act that violates divine law. I just do not believe that having a little of that sinful decadent chocolate ice cream once in a while constitutes a violation.

I agree with everyone here, there really is no answer for this besides what you feel in your own heart. I believe that all is forgiven when we meet with the creator, he is a loving God, it is us humans who judge ourselves and others so violently. Maybe if we didn't there would not be so much hate and sin in the world. Guilt and Vengence always lead to violence in some way, those are the "sins" that we have to answer for, but from what I understand, we are own judge when our time comes and we our face to face with our Creator. Who really knows? Only the Creator himself could give an answer to this question. Okay WOW! Ummmm yeah, this is thought provoking, I love a good conversation piece!

but look inside yourself for the true answer
and ask who might get hurt
according to my mom the bible says it is the same, and all i can say then is 'I'm going to Hell for sure'. As for me, when i quit thinking about it (it being anything i shouldn't think about) then i will have little to write about. does any of this make sense????
