When earth will shake and burn
And no place will offer security
There will be no time left to learn

When volcanoes burst to the sky
And raging seas reclaim the land
It is much too late to wonder why
Only few attempted to understand
But no design on earth can change
Heaven’s fury without any range

When countries seal their borders
And guard territory like a fortress
When the peoples accept orders
And mindlessly support or bless
Leaders irresponsible and cruel
Criminals in stylish 3 piece suits
That mass murder to retain rule
Eliminating anyone who refutes
Their insane and unjust brutality
Running a max security facility

When cities become battle fields
And places of slaughter and rape
Asphalt jungles where love yields
And risk continues to shift shape
As crime rates are rocketing high
And empathy is at an all time low
The sick, weak and innocent die
Before it was time for them to go
And each day a parade of slaves
Rambles in the city’s neon waves

When houses hide behind walls
Domestic aggression and abuse
Crimson agony while time stalls
In muted cries of kids who lose
Their innocence and their future
Scarred by vitriol and torment
Slices of souls fixed with suture
Stitches of cuts unable to mend
Indoor violence invisible outside
Imprisoned in atrocity’s confide

When minds can no longer hold
Storms ferociously raging inside
And they fail to do as they’re told
Incapable to tell wrong from right
Earth will start to shake and burn
While blameless blood will surge
Unable to beat the undying yearn
Obsessed by an unrelenting urge
To cease life in all possible ways
In the shadow of a mind’s craze
