This is his first night in Heaven with You~
Hold Zack in your arms 'till the night is through.
Let the angels surround him with there tender care~
Let him know that You are always there.
Oh, how we'll miss him, this little boy of two~
But there's comfort in knowing he is with You.
I can see him playing with his matchbook cars~
Running with the angels among the stars.
Free from pain ...No more tear's~
The Lord has taken all his fears.
Be happy sweet baby, We Love You...
I wish there had been more I could do!
To Beth: May God give you the strength as Zack's Grandmother to be strong in the knowledge that he is with God and free from pain and tears. God , help you during this time of grief and sorrow. Beth, I am so sorry. God bless you always, my friend.
To Becky: I can only imagine your pain, dear lady. I pray God will surround you all with his Love and Mercy. It is so difficult to write through tears. I loved this little child , also. He was brave and such an inspiration to other children with this disease. God be with you....hold your hand....and give you peace that Zack is happy now and free from pain.

To Mike; I know the heartbreak you are feeling right now. I am so sorry. I pray God will surround you with His loving care and mercy. God gave you a special son, Mike....He is loved by many. When you feel you cannot bear it hold to Becky's hand and share the pain together. God bless you always.
Jake: You are too small to remember your brave brother. He is very special as you are. Your Mom has pictures of him that she will show you as you grow older...memories that will always be in her heart. Zack isn't gone....he's in the breeze blowing in your hair...the rain fall on a summer day....the tiny butterfly that landed in your backyard today. He is still with you in spirit and LOVE.

Oh Linda, I am so touched by your poem for little Zack. I feel for his mother, father, brother, (though he is too young at the moment to understand) his grandparents, and all others whos lives he touched, by the signs of your guest book, many. I cannot imagine what that loss would be like, devastating I am sure. I recently lost my mom, and my dad in 96, and the father of my 2 children in 91, (when they were 2&1)those losses were very hard. But to lose one of my children, I can only pray that is not in God's plan for my lifetime. Your writing is wonderful. The emotions run deep. In his Love, Inez

I almost missed this moment. Such a great
loss. So precious - and now he is with
Jesus. Yesterday's hope has turned into
the Lord's promise. Zack is in Paradise.
More than anything Jesus loved the
children. I am trying to be strong knowing
that Zack was strong and he set an example
for me. I must be strong also for those
who remain, and who would have gladly given
their lives for Zack. My God bless and
keep you and help you through this ordeal.
But Zack is Spirit and his Spirit will
dwell in the House of the Lord forever. I
want to say more, but my broken heart won't
let me. God love you all. I feel like I
lost a son, and all of us who knew and read
his story I am sure feel the same way. We
all loved him so especially Linda. Our
earthly Angel. Praise God from whom all
blessing flow. Bill

This is painful Linda. But you know he is right now sitting in the Lap of our Lord and may be laughing at our foolish sorrow. The Lord has relieved him from his pain and taken him into his own fold.
I know it is hard but please be happy for him for he is where he belongs "with our Lord in his lap" enjoying the serenity that we all hunger for so much
May God Bless and give strength and solace to the parents and G. Parents.
linda, my prayers were answered. i asked jesus to take little zach home, and he did. his suffering is over, and his life was filled with pain. no child deserved to live more than little zach did, and you were kind enough to let us know how he was doing through your writes. thank you ever so much for introducing us to this courageous little one. i am sorry he died, but he is with jesus, and he is much happier now. "jesus, right now, i lift up zach's family to you; they just lost their precious child to cancer; he was just two years old, and they are heartbroken over his death. but he is free from pain and cancer, and he has a new body; and he is in your precious arms, a new child. please pour your comforting spirit over this grieving family, and give them a sense of peace and comfort that passes all understanding. be with them in the days ahead; they need you now more than ever. protect them and keep them all in your care. in jesus' most holy name, i pray, amen and amen!"
