Happy Mother's Day Mom...You've been gone for six years and I still see you in me...

There’s a woman in the mirror With a sparkle in her eyes I see her every now and then Behind her clever guise She’s old yet young it seems to me And she’s infinitely wise I wonder why she watches me And why she’s in disguise Her eyes are blue, mine are too Hair same shade as mine In fact she looks a lot like me I think from time to time It’s you Mom, I know it’s you It’s your eyes I see And even from your place in the stars You’re still watching over me Annabel Sheila

Yes, She is watching over you, Annabel.
All Mothers, here and there, do the same.
Apart from giving lives to each of us,
their watchfulness...does preserve
and protect it...for us.
