Yes...it's pack and move time again! Guess who's doing all the hard work? Yup, you guessed it... lil' ole' me....

THE MOVE - something by: Linda Law THIS MOVE IS DRIVIN' ME NUTZ SEEMS LIKE ALL I EVER DO IS PACK LIKE A KLUTZ THEN WHEN I NEED HELP, WHERE IS EVERYONE? JUST EMPTIED THE KITCHEN, EVERY DRAWER, EVERY CABINET DISHES, BOWLS, POTS, NAPKINS, EVEN THE WINE OPENER THING NEATLY TAPED, LABELED, READY TO LOAD AND STOW OOPS...FORGOT.... WE STILL HAVE A WEEK BEFORE WE GO PACKED THE BATHROOM, TOWELS AND SOAP...CEPT ONE KNICK-KNACKS AND PICTURES NO LONGER HANGING WRAPPED IN PAPER, SHOVED IN BOXES, READY FOR BANGING TWO FORKS, TWO PLATES, ONE POT, FORGOT TWO BOWLS TOOK TURNS EATING BREAKFAST ON A COOKIE SHEET HIS STUFF IS DONE, MEN HAVE IT EASY.... WALKS AROUND WITH THE DUSTER, MAKES MY TUMMY QUEASY TOLD HIM TO PACK THE GARAGE IN PLASTIC BINS HE JUST STARES AND ME AND GRINS.... THAT STUFF DON'T NEED PACKIN..JUST THROW IT IN THE TRUNK DON'T PACK THOSE LINENS AND BLANKETS, THROW THEM IN TOO WELL HON...WHO IN THE HELL IS GONNA PUT IT AWAY ONCE WE GET TO WHERE WE'RE GONNA STAY? OH..HE SAYS... I'LL UNLOAD IT AND LAY IT ON THE FLOOR ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS FIGURE OUT WHERE TO STORE CHEEZ, I'M TIRED...AND HAVEN'T BEGUN...ALMOST READY TO RUN NAH... HE SAYS.... THIS IS JUST THE START OF THE FUN WELL... FOUR MORE DAYS AND IT SHOULD BE READY FOR THAT BIG OLE TRUCK AND THE GUYS TO CARRY SURE, IT'S ME WHO'LL BE ON THE OTHER END... WAITING AND READY TO UNLOAD AND START ALL OVER AGAIN...

Having just moved... I can feel your pain!!! and it's NOT funny! hee, hee... We won't go there with what my hubby did! hee, hee...

Thank God Fred was Military all those years and all our moves someone else had to pack it all up, load it and move it and again unload it but you guessed it I am the one who had to unpack and put every item away. One more move by the Military, I think we will make this the last as after that I have to do all the work and I don't look forward to it at all.
Thanks for sharing this with us, now for that Bubble bath, soft music and bottle of chilled wine. lights off and candlelit room, you deserve the Royal treatment, maybe hubby could fit in a abck and foot massage.

Oh MY SUPERWOMAN you are ya know. Just don't pack the TP yet...Hey I wish I could help ya, I would ya know. You poor little thing doing all that stuff by yourself.
