Because my personality
Got in the way again
Sometimes I can catch it
Before the damage is done
It is ingrained and hard
To stop for the most part
I don't mean to hurt anyone
Especially you, whom I love dearly...
We all say things we don't mean when hurt! Saying sorry is all you can do in situations like this. I try to not react and take a deep breath knowing emotions can sometimes fuel the fire...it doesn't always work but I can still try...I release my feelings in words most of the time and that eliminates emotions.
