Santa at Halloween

Santa’s whiskey was much too hearty,

It seems he was a bit of a smarty;

The last day of October,

He is clearly not sober,
He’s wound up at a Halloween party.
 

A Lovely Young Witch

There once was a lovely young witch,

Who never wore a single stitch;

One Halloween night,

She gave quite a fright,

To some hags who had gathered in a ditch.

Once Upon a Halloween Night

Once upon a Halloween night,

A coven of witches took flight;

They went to the UN;

Added an “F” to UN.,

From then on the world’s future was more bright.

Two Witches in a Fight

Once upon a Halloween night,

Two witches got into a fight;

They shrieked and they moaned,

They screeched and they groaned,

It was quite a sight in eerie moonlight.

One Halloween Night in the Forest

One Halloween night in the forest,

Witches gave its denizens no rest;

They cackled as they pranced,

They squealed as they danced,

Around a cauldron, completely undressed.

It is Halloween

Again, it is Halloween night,

A time of thrill, a time of fright;

Children run down the street,

Ever seeking a treat,

In the sky, witches and bats join in flight.

A Ghost Named Casper

There once was a ghost named Casper,

Who haunted with another named Jasper;

One Halloween night,

They got their first fright,

At the sight of a spirit named Gaspar.

A Haunted Graveyard

There once was a haunted graveyard,

Frequented by the ghostliest bard;

One Halloween night,

He was heard to recite,

Verses he’d once held in high regard.

A Would-be Princess in Distress

A would-be princess was in distress,

In distress because she had no dress

For the Halloween ball.

So, I went to the mall,

And soon brought the would-be princess her dress.

A Haunted House

There once was an eerie haunted house,

Haunted by an ancient ghost named Krause;

Every Halloween,

He was to be seen,

Dancing with his beloved spectral spouse.

A Halloween Night Long Ago

On a Halloween night, long ago,

I went trick or treating with Margo;

We went as Jack and Jill,

And our pail we did fill,

Back in the city of Chicago.
