*My Love Sings* *it’s a grey morning* *clouds hide the sun* *and the sky is like ash* *and the girl singing* *is my love* *makes me weep* *my tears fall* *to where bliss has gone* *her voice has colours* *like that of a prism* *but she brings sadness* *and summons more tears* *my love* *oh my sweetest love* *I don’t know* *what the point is* *to my seemingly pointless life* *except* *when my love sings* *life flows again* *and I feel her in me* *as she births* *a rainbow* *of love* *and the essence* *of her* *beckons me to live on* *here and* *forever more* © Régis Auffray
