Tina-Marie Miller’s holiday romance novella set in picturesque Christmas Cove is a heartwarming delight. A twenty-five pound turkey triggers misunderstandings and physical tussles between Maria Bright and Joe Starr, the son of Starr Farm Shop’s proprietor. Both Maria and Joe have their reasons for leaving their jobs in the city to head back home.

The author’s vivid descriptions pertaining to Christmas Cove and the untimely winter storm, along with her pertinent details regarding major and minor characters, bring the reader smack dab into the heart of the story. I envisioned myself sipping a cup of hot tea sitting by a crackling fire in the hearth.

Maria and Joe sure know how to press each other’s buttons, setting aside those Maria designs to earn a living. One predicament after another puts two stubborn individuals in each other’s path.

I highly recommend Tina-Marie Miller’s bright literary star, a story with plenty of warmth, charm, and humor to transcend the winter doldrums.
