Author, Beth Hildenbrand, has penned yet another mesmerizing novel with more unforeseen plot twists and turns in Book 3 of the series. She now has me wondering about the connection between “Uncle Luke” and Levi Kerioth and what that forebodes. Guess, I’ll have to wait.
Anyhow, this occult page-turner pulsates with dynamic characters who rock, no matter what side of the heaven-hell fence they’re on. Her erotic love scenes and realistic dialogue do these cool cats justice. And, they have a sense of humor while engaging in whatever it is they do best. Other than Judas and Mary Kerioth, I’d say the reader’s heart goes out to all of them. In particular—Faith, Jami, Ennie, Eric, and Cain.
Enough said, I highly recommend becoming an omniscient viewer inside Eden and Archers Bar within the town of Adamson, which feels like home.
