Through the stories the spirits tell, and the newspaper articles written by old-timer, Grayson Marquette, the author weaves a tale delving into Montana’s mining history involving the exploitation of Chinese immigrants.
A budding romance between Ryan and Bethany, the receptionist for Berkeley Real Estate, adds a realistic diversion germane to the plot development.
Far from macabre, ‘History of Heritage’ is a heartwarming story worth reading.
