A Suspenseful Medical Thriller

Author Kristina Gallo’s ‘The Random Patient’ piques the reader’s interest from page one.

The story pivots around the greed behind the façade of pharmaceutical company Sofycline’s breakthrough drug, Erasemed. Touted for erasing bad memories, its detrimental side effects put patients at risk for psychosis and physical maladies. Sabrina Mango, founder of the company will do anything to keep this hidden from the public. As a result, many patients have mysteriously disappeared.

Each character, several of them less than admirable, get swept up in Erasemed’s vortex, driven by their own motives, justifiable and otherwise.

Greg, one of the exceptions, puts his own life on the line to expose Sofycline’s sinister secrets.

Jumping from one character’s precarious situation to another, matters escalate to a crescendo, rendering this novella a highly recommended suspenseful medical thriller.
