Other than Fred Parkinson and Eugene, the wholesome characters of Andi Moore, her friend Nate, and Sheriff Vaughn, help solve the mystery of four women who’ve mysteriously disappeared from the parking lot of a grocery store over a period of time.

Andi and her deceased grandmother’s special ability to see spirits and communicate with them is crucial for altering destiny.

Besides palpable evil, the intense presence of suspense renders this novel a fascinating read. Also noteworthy, the cultivation of a romance and the mending of a mother-daughter relationship add warmth to the story.
