Author P.S. Winn’s ghost thriller, ‘Indiscernible,’ is more heartwarming than haunted despite the reputation Mia and Jade’s newly acquired home has garnered since the 1800s.
Friends since childhood, with a past trauma stalking Mia in the present, the women are in good company with spirits they encounter in the attic. This occurs via Mia’s brother Brian’s girlfriend, Lisa, who employs an ovilus to make contact with those on this side of the veil to unravel their tragedies.
The reader is also in good company with likeable, down-to-earth characters in a pleasant rather than foreboding setting alongside spirits who have the new occupants’ best interests at heart in foiling evil.
A comforting and gratifying read.
