The author’s cinematic approach to storytelling, infused with explicit details pertaining to the budding relationship between a billionaire boss and his temp, provide the backdrop for Book 1 of this series.

Operative word--backdrop. While heavily versed in BDSM behind the closed doors of an exclusive club for the filthy rich, the author’s style and vernacular never border sleaziness.

My reason is based upon the intricacies that render this story memorable long after the last page has been turned:

Laugh-out-loud slapstick

Unpredictable twists and turns

Tension

Danger

Character growth and transformation

Emotional vulnerability
