Author Lorraine Carey’s novel in the genre of Time Travel Romance is “ablaze” with passion between groupie, Jennifer Kovich, and lead guitarist of a local band, Dylan Anderson. The author busts all the right moves brining the Seventies alive through infusing the story with time-sensitive fashion, glittery makeup, a rooter-motif kitchen, muscle cars, strobe lights, and whatever rocked the era.

The edgy story featuring characters who step out of the pages and into the reader’s psyche, is fraught with suspense, danger, sinister motives, and heartwarming family dynamics. The concepts of time travel woven throughout are plausible and scientifically digestible.

I highly recommend ‘Between the Realms’ which pulsates with all the electrifying energy of “Smoke on the Water”.
