Tired poet trapped inside an old lady 10/29/2003 10:34:45 PM
I wish my mind would let me write the wonderful things I wish to put down on paper. I'm tired and must sleep sometime. These 12 hour work days are taking their toll on this old lady. But must keep going for so many of my children need financial help these days. Gone are the days of fun and laughter. Work is all that I am now after.
With the economy the way it is now. Children laid off of work when they had 14 years in the factory. Children sick and not getting any pay. These are the sufferings of my mind these days.
I must just be glad that I can help in this small way.
I must be glad that I can get the 12 hour days for I can help in so many ways.
The poet in me wants go get out but for some reason she is trapped in my mind too. Hopefully I can make more progress in my writings soon.
