This blog is simply to try to get people interested i reading my poetry book. I am here blogging this morning, trying desperately to get some people interested in my new poetry book. My title is "Inspirations and Reflections, 89 Year os Life and Love". It's a book I have been writing throughout my life, about my family, about growing up in the Depression, about rattlesnakes, a house fire, grade schook in a one-room country school, about finding my soul mate, joining the army and my retirement years wtih a husband of 66 years. It's full of my experiences mostly done in poetry, some happy, some sad and memories that filled a lifetime. I am looking for some hlep on how to get people to see it, read it, and live with me through my 89 years.
I think you will find some history in these homespun poems whcich were written through the years to express the author's feelings and thaoughts.
