I'm fed up! I can't imagine a more stupid democratic effort in this last election. Could we Democrats choose a nominee that isn't from the Northeast? Could we have a primary system that doesn't weight the general election in the favor of the Republicans?
Could we find a nominee that has a woman that doesn't own billions, speak in haltering English, portray herself as anyting more than a woman who simply 'stands by her man'?
Could we choose a Vice President that is not a lawyer? The most hated breed of human to all people, everywhere? One with a wife that is (again) quiet, speechless, sniveling, feminine, and submissive like Laura Bush?
Could we not find a nominee that puts God above all else? A God who cares more about war than peace, the rich above the poor, vengence and cruelty above compassion and forgiveness?
A nominee that is not Catholic or Greek Orthodox or anything other than an Evangelical Christian who carries a Bible with him everywhere he goes and calls his favorite philosopher Jesus Christ? One who prays, and prays, and prays---everytime he decides to kill, and maim and destroy?
Can we please find a nominee that stops aligning himself with the common man, the working man, and instead, champions the wealthy and the powerful? Can he please find words like 'justice' and 'honor' and 'God' as catchphrases to be used again and again?
Couldn't we find a candidate that speaks in monosylabic misnomers and refuses to think? A man that allows powerful, directed and idealogical people around him to form the day?
Can we find a nominee from the deep south, so prejudiced and right wing that he would sweep forever the ineffectual, homosexual, bi-coastal liberal into the dust?
There must be SOMEONE that can hardly read, who hasn't a single thought but to power amongst us?
