I quit. My heart just isn't in the story I'm doing for NaNo. I hung in there for 10 days, writing away, even when I felt I was just muddling through crap.
NaNo is a great thing, it really helps you to get in there and produce something (hey- I did 4 1/2 chapters in 10 days- not bad.)
But...
I'm lovin' the story I was doing before NaNo and I just want to focus on it. I didn't get to work on it much at all this past week because of trying to dedicate time to NaNo so I'm putting LSAYD on the backburner. It's decent, I guess, and I'll definitely pick it back up after I finish DBD and TFSB. It just makes no sense to me to keep going with that right now when I don't knw where it's going, but I DO know where DBD and TFSB are going.
But thanks to everyone who left reviews. Maybe I'll continue posting chapter soff and on if real interest shows, but I'm not committing myself to working on it daily.
I have less than 2 mos to get 2 other manuscripts finished. YIKES!
