Strange Happenings! (Two of them) 7/26/2005 10:53:58 AM
Strange Happenings to me are those things that are explainable, yet you are still left wondering that maybe ..... Here are two such happenings.
The other night, at about 1:00am, I turned the tv off, and for one split second I saw the outline of a man in the tv (head and shoulders only). I immediately turned my head toward tv again and it was gone. Strange! And although I was scared for a second, the fear faded really quickly. My Mom thinks it's my Dad visiting. My Husband thinks I may have seen a man on our deck and he was a bit worried, but he too initially thought Dad. I finally came to the conclusion that it must have been my mind playing tricks with me...I'd just watched White Noise the other night.:) But you know, it could have certainly been my Dad. It's something he'd do.
My hubby told me that I was talking to Sammy in my sleep the other night. Strange! You see, I don't remember dreaming at all. But I had been thinking about Sammy, our sweet Corgi, that passed away two years ago. I'd seen this mix-Corgi puppy at the Forever Home Rescue site and thought...maybe, but three dogs is it for us right now. I found out yesterday that the sweetie has been adopted. You see, I get the feeling sometimes that my three amigos, H. S. and P., come to me in my dreams to let me know they are still around. Sammy and I were probably discussing the sweet mix-Corgi. It's like her to do so.:)
