I got the job!!!!! 4/1/2005 4:05:20 PM
Well, I did it, I got the job that I applied for at the hospital here in Ft. McMurray. I start next week.
The move here has been hard on me, I miss my cats, I miss my home, and my stuff. However, I have ended up taking to this town, better then I thought I would. It reminds me of the town I spent my childhood in, Revelstoke. It's small, but to much so. It has all the comforts of home to me, like Walmart...and Taco-Time. It has a pretty good population, yet its not like Vancouver.
I have been here for a week today. Tyler and I spent last weekend in West Edmonton Mall. It was alot of fun. So good to finally see him. We got a hotel room with a double jucuzzi soaker tub...so that was fun.
Tyler met me at the airport with a dosen roses in hand. Good boy!!!
Everything has been happening so fast. I have a hard time keeping up.
I know that this is all for the good. It's giving Tyler and I chance at a life. For that, it makes it all worth while.
I miss my mom, and can't wait to see her again.
Well, now that I have a computer, I can keep my blog more up to date.
