Choosing The Emotion
11/15/2014 3:51:10 PM

In an earlier blog I talked about using situations as vehicles to exercise my chosen emotional expression. If you read that blog, you know I do this for my health.
As I mentioned in the earlier blog, I decided I am the one to choose the emotions I express. I had found out that I influence the cells of my body with my emotions. I raised my diligence in this area when I found I caused the release of pleasure-producing chemicals when I express elevated emotions and toxic chemicals when I express negative emotions associated with stress or the need to protect myself from harm – whether physical, mental or social.
While the healthcare profession seems to be hung up on the genetic influence on health, I noticed they did not take into consideration what causes genes to act. The genes instruct the proteins – the real workhorses of the cell – to carry out their duties or to stop their work and take survival action. Through study of neurobiology and quantum communication I found out that any single cell in my body contains all the body systems of the human being and the cell’s membrane is its brain. I also found out the genes are the reproductive system of the cell. Messages the membrane receives from its environment are passed on to the genes. The genes instruct the proteins to take actions that lead to healing if my emotion caused the release of pleasure-producing chemicals and to deterioration of cells if my emotion caused the release of toxic chemicals.

So I create the external environment for my cells as I think and react – my internal environment. My internal environment is where I have my inner life experiences and my inner life experiences unfold as my physical reality. As I am thinking and feeling I give expression to the energy and light of concepts. I see all concepts as forms of energy and light. And any thing I think and feel is a concept – its concept symbolizes specific meaning a person, place, thing or event has for me – whether I consciously assigned the meaning or I was programmed to view it in a certain way. So as I consciously choose specific emotions, I choose the context for my inner life experiences – my internal environment – the external environment for my cells.

Giving expression to the energy and light of concepts, whether consciously chosen or unwitting, I create the atmosphere within for my cells and in what seems my external environment around me. However, as I give expression to the energy and light of concepts, I shape my inner life experiences. I delight in my experience of giving expression to the light and energy of love and appreciation filling the atmosphere of my home. Each person has within the energy and light of appreciation and love whether he/she gives expression to it or not. In this atmosphere I created I saw evidence of my work. All the persons in the home, whether occupants or visitors showed that energy and light was activated in them and they thereby expressed love and appreciation in their interactions and communication with each other.

Choosing my emotions is a major act in exercising my power of consciousness. Making the emotions I chose dominant in my expression has been transforming and effective. I delight in the situations I used as vehicles for this progress and I like the corresponding feelings that came as part of these experiences.
