What would you do? I was cleaning out an office ben the other day and found a envelop which had two stamps on it. One stamp was worth .83 cents and the other .04 cents. Both had somehow evaded the Post office's scanning machine and I knew that they were supposed to be scanned because the envelope had been mailed to me by another business. For a moment I really wrestel with the question - Do these unused stamps belong to me or am I responsible to become a friend to the local Post Office by just throwing them away even though they were perfectly able to be used on another letter. What would you do?
