Watch the bouncing balloon go up and up. Collusion: secret agreement or cooperation for a fraudulent or deceitful purpose. There was a time when price-fixing fell under that umbrella. But of course it isn’t price fixing when the price of gasoline in an area goes up or down like yo-yos all attached to the same string. No, that’s not collusion. Just a coincidence that repeats itself.
