A bit of an update and some tips for your resolutions.
Hello Everyone,
The new year is nigh, and I know that we are all hoping that it will be a good one. Even mediocre would be good for me. I learned that, if you add up 2021, 2022, and 2023, and cast out the zeroes, the sum is 666.
With that aside, I have some tips for your New Year's resolutions.
First of all, you should reduce the size of your goals, even if it's something you plan to do over the course of the year.
Consider making monthly goals that are more easily attainable. For instance, if you had planned to quit smoking cigarettes cold turkey, try reducing the amount you smoke each month with the plan to be done by the next year.
Lastly, sometimes your resolutions need to be about how you treat others, especially those closest to you.
