My erstwhile haunted house has become a thriving creative community of people who pay for the privilege, thereby paying the mortgage and letting me stay here (the ghosts seem cool with this).

Respect and Solidarity None of us has any money but We share what we have no matter what Through thick and thin times (more thin than thick) Our cooperation does the trick As in our daily lives we elect To practice our mutual respect By looking after one another Friend and sister to friend and brother None of us has any money though We have what it takes to make a go Of living together and living well At Studio Lance where the old bronze bell Rings for respect and solidarity When I come to die: ring that bell for me +Steven Curtis Lance Copyright MMVI
