Sinus Sonnet: An Independent Nose
Deeply determined it has to be free My nose confronts me with a loss of face It misbehaves and embarrasses me Sneezing then running all over the place Making up its mind independently
Attached as we are I have to give chase Persuade it to perch with the dignity Of gentle hypo-allergenic grace Pointing out the path of civility But carrying a hanky just in case
Out where the starry-eyed winter wind blows In where the kind furnace makes my cat purr Some things stay as true as they always were Some of us sport an independent nose
Very intertaining piece, LOL. I have a sinus condition that sometimes gives me excruciating pain that runs around my right eye and into my scalp. I have lately been using a nazal spray that seems to help greatly. It has Xylotol and is called Xlear. If you're interested search for it on the web.
