I sit with the homeless and hear with empathy (Since that is all I have to give them anyway) The tales they tell which might as well be about me And I thank God and you I made it to this day More or less intact booze drug and tobacco free (After Easter I threw those last cigars away)

Hi Stevie. I think we are friends. I believe that you know a lot about "the unknown world of the homeless and lost" than I do. It's not as if I've had an easy life until now. It's not any easier except that I don't live on the street and am homeless. See. You made me think and ponder and react. My friend and brother, I am just connecting right now.
