I can relate to this as well, Stevie. There are seven children in the family and I suppose I am a "middle" child. Three of my siblings I rarely see though I make an effort to connect time and again. I am much closer to many who are not "blood relattives." Thank you for this. Love and best wishes,
This is a hard one. I have read it over and over and each time I find something new. I call this type of poetry, abstract. I have written many like it. A meaningful dive into the angst of siblings. The ultimate contest. Very good poetry.
