At this late hour and this great distance of
Forty years later I find Karen Smith
In my memory where she lives now with
A few other girls I will always love
And saw again the reason why it was
The way it was was simply just because
The way it was was how it had to be
But I wish Karen Smith was here with me
(And should you insist I should have said were
Then you did not know no did not know her)
Searching for her in your heart and soul. She must have been a wonderful friend. Memories always stay with us and come back at uncertain times. Hope you find her again someday.
Welcome!
The poems in this beautifully bound book are a result of over twenty years of observations. Observations of the world around us and on the telecommunications network. All of the hate, love, heroism, disasters, and those who help.

as soon as she reads it.
Well done, Steven. Lovely, in fact. And I'll bet that Karen
will think so too, as soon as she reads it. And I hope she
does. - Gene.
