I am sick of writing how somebody cares
When it is as plain as the nose on my face
That the cold plastic one in question does not

I am an altruistic martyr who bears
The killing burden of family disgrace
Which she never understood and I forgot

Was she ever abused as a child? I ask

Of course she was not but I was anyway
She cannot see me crying behind this mask
But perfect perky people poison the day

No one like that could ever understand me
And I was just a Goddamned fool to ever
Misunderstand everything so stupidly

Never say never turned into just never

Impossible dream which will never come true
Baby I have got to forget about you
