"This is how I want it to be with me"

Poem Artwork

This

for my family

Some leaves as they fall turn around and spin
On the free flight of death they get to be
So beautiful that as they lose they win
This is how I want it to be with me

A leaf which though falling still seems to rise
And spinning sails on silently away
So beautiful it makes me realize
That today is as good as any day

No time like the present to give the slip
To gravity on a spiraling trip
And if the direction is downward then
Make this count since this will not come again

WOnderful analogy between the leaf and life.

Hi big brother. I'm sorry I haven't been reading like I should be, but my new novel is keeping me busy.

This poem is so true. As the leaf spirals downward in the fall, so do we spiral downward through the fall of life. But unlike the leaf, we have the Lord to guide us through those spiraling falls. He is our comfort, our protector so we don't stumble, and our forgiver for our sins. This poem can be interpreted many different ways by many different people. This is just my interpretation. Thank you for sharing this, and if I had to rate this, I would give you a 10.

May the Lord Jesus bless you, and those whom you love and who love you, and be with you always, and at your side constantly. With much love in my heart, joy to the world, peace on earth & ((((((((((MANY WONDERFUL SISTERLY HUGGGGSSSS)))))))))), your little sister, Barbie
