With more or less nothing we can do
To prevent the wheel from turning then
Learning we become accustomed to
Guessing wrong but guessing then again

Not necessarily a bad thing
Turning learning crashing and burning
This is just the thing of it the way
It is when yesterday turns today

When nothing is impossible and
Anything can happen as it does
So riding the wheel we understand
Today is not like yesterday was

Though tomorrow never comes we know
It is always coming even so
Around the wheel as around we go
But as we do this is my turn too

And I never want to turn away
It turns out to be enough for me
It can be tough but it is enough
Quite enough for a tough guy like me

Not so tough really just glad to be
Mad as I am in reality
Just tough enough to hold on and to
Gladly if madly be as I do

I who misunderstanding badly
Was misunderstood sadly am glad
For this turn around the wheel I had
Having learned a thing or two with you

So riding the wheel I understand
Having always wondered here somehow
Yesterday was nothing like today
Something like nothing now anyway

Sad would it be not to be glad now
As I am and here and now is how
I am having happened so to grow
Around the wheel as around we go

Again and again in it to win
By not falling off and holding on
Today now that yesterday is gone
Here comes tomorrow coming again
