Than to become a disappointment
Better to see how far somebody went
Than seeing them being frustrated
Better to help each other reach the top
Of the hill than halfway up then stop
Left-behind words like solidarity
Come to mind to find they sound better to me
In order to get better we have to
Do what we have to better than now
Have to get better before we get through
This together better off somehow
May we come up with better ways to do
Better by us when better days come
Better late than never may we become
Better than ever when fate calls us to be
