Gods at Odds The warrior gods Are forever at odds Never equipoise Wherever there is noise Without listening With their eyes glistening In the eyes of who Never knew what to do But fight the other Fratricidal brother For an angry god That may have never been But this way again One more ungodly odd War that none can win Never mind forever Below nor above For now or for never In the quiet of My heart let there be love Let the light begin Tonight what might come true But I always knew When their gods are at odds My way out is in Steven Curtis Lance

It sure seems like the gods are fighting over our loyalty. That's what I'm getting a kick over watching American Gods playing out on television, just like it does in real life.
