Believing in You and Me God I do believe in you And I believe you believe in me too But you are not like they say They never understood you anyway Being too easy to see Seeing the being that you are to me Being like me in this way They never understood me either but You did God no matter what Though I have wondered now I understand How you understand me and So I would like to thank you for being Thanks for helping me seeing You being and doing the things you do Through me oddly coming true Understanding one another somehow Seeing is believing now In one being other than like they say Seeing you not far away Between us to see what it means to be Believing in you and me Steven Curtis Lance
